    SUMMARY: As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, the QA Analyst will report directly to the QA Lead, focusing on comprehensive testing activities across our major product lines. This role encompasses a dynamic range of responsibilities, including hardware, software, games, communication protocols, and compliance with legal or regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will ensure our products meet high standards of quality such as design integrity, functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and system compatibility.

    QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Embody and promote the company's Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV) as a dedicated ambassador.
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation following established procedures.
    • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and processes effectively.
    • Design and execute detailed testing procedures to document and address quality issues.
    • Plan, execute, and oversee testing of critical components to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
    • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities meticulously.
    • Generate detailed reports to outline the results of quality activities.
    • Ensure continuous compliance with quality standards and industry regulatory requirements.
    • Execute additional duties as needed.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must have a working knowledge of Office Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
    • Solid background with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles
    • Excellent communication skills -written and verbal
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Problem analysis and problem solving
    • Highly organized
    • Team-oriented
    • Able to multitask without loss of quality
    • Ability to quantify, mitigate, and communicate risk effectively
    Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience with Quality Assurance methods and practices
    • Knowledge of Project Management Software
    • ISTQB - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
    • Knowledge of Project Management or Bug Database Software (Jira, Azure Devops, Testrail etc)
