Job summary: Responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements of the contract are met in regards to street sweeping, pressure washing, and auto scrubbing; To ensure the safe operation of the sweeper, including compliance with all road laws and regulations. Site work schedule: Wednesday- Sunday, 7:30 pm to 4:30 am *Subject to change* and may include weekends/ holidays.

Essential Functions:

• To undertake street cleaning activities within the San Ysidro Border Crossing and other designated areas.
• To undertake pressure washing activities within the San Ysidro Border Crossing and other designated areas.
• To undertake auto scrubbing activities within the San Ysidro Border Crossing and other designated areas.
• To ensure that the vehicle is driven by the State of California road laws/regulations.
• Work within all Job Options, Inc. safety policies, wear, and use the personal safety equipment provided.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• On or around 6 to 12 months documented experience as a Floor Technician or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment, safety practices as related to housekeeping/ janitorial industry.
• Ability to read and understand service requests, container labels, product information, and directions on cleaning chemicals and other materials.
• Must be willing to undergo a NCIC-III background check (to include fingerprinting) that may take up to 6 - 8 Weeks and will require providing background information of 5 years or more; national & county criminal, employment, education, residency, & more. Any missed information or gaps is subject to disqualification.
