- Demonstrated full system or product ownership.
- Experience with precision mechanism design.

- Experience with optical component packaging.
- Experience with drawing creation, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
- Experience with quick-turn fabrication processes (3D printing, machining, molding).
- Experience with design for human factors optimization.
- Thermal management and testing experience
- Strong materials background, and experience with physical property characterization
- Minimum 5+ years
- Broad engineering experience with industry focus.
- MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
