MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional Case Manager - ESP / ASD to join our St Charles Career Center team The ideal candidate will support our mission
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with specialized training and/or certification in providing services to the specific population being served in ESP Experience working with autism is required Excellent written/verbal communication skills Driver's license and current insurance required Primary Duties/Responsibilities include Review referral information establish professional relationships perform timely intake develop/maintain individual plan for employment with all participants Maintain caseload size that is both programmatically and fiscally appropriate Ensure timely delivery of services Develop positive relationships with referral sources provides ongoing communication regarding participant activities Works closely with participant relevant supports determines communication style transportation needs support needs independent living needs social supports threats to employment makes recommendations accordingly Develops maintains knowledge community resources assistive technology related to caseload ADA guidelines accomodations Educate employers as needed Documents work participants progress notes maintain confidentiality follows ethical guidelines Maintains program outcomes new starts per month retention rate participants placed employment Completes annual training requirements demonstrates program-specific knowledge Other duties assigned Benefits Individual family medical benefits full-time employees working hours week Individual family dental vision benefits first month following hire date employees working hour week Voluntary Life AD D Insurance first month following hire date employees working hour week PTO Accrual days based on hours worked Employee store discount Paid holidays Flexible Schedules Career Growth Opportunities MERS Goodwill does not discriminate in employment race color religion sex national origin political affiliation sexual orientation marital status disability genetic information age membership employee organization retaliation parental status military service non-merit factor MERS MO Goodwill requires various background records checks upon employment
