    The Opportunity:


    You'll be the architect of our procurement initiatives, ensuring we source the highest quality ingredients, packaging, and services at the best value.

    This means developing forward-looking strategies, building strong supplier relationships, and constantly analyzing market trends to protect our bottom line.


    What You'll Do:

    Strategic Visionary:
    Shape our procurement approach, balance cost, quality, and service, and manage risk to achieve company-wide goals.

    Relationship Builder:
    Collaborate with senior leaders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive innovation and support new product launches.

    Metrics-Driven:
    Analyze trends, set clear KPIs, and deliver year-over-year cost reduction plans.

    Team Leader:
    Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.

    Safety Champion:
    Uphold our commitment to safety throughout the procurement process.


    Your Ideal Profile:
    Proven Experience: 10+ years in procurement, ideally within the food/beverage industry, with expertise in agricultural commodities and packaging. MBA preferred.

    Strategic Thinker:
    You see the big picture and develop proactive solutions, especially when it comes to supply chain risk mitigation.

    Analytical & Negotiator:
    You excel in data analysis, contract negotiation, and achieving win-win outcomes.

    Leader & Collaborator:
    You motivate teams, build cross-functional partnerships, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

    Salary:
    $140,000 - $150, % Bonus, full benefits, and relocation support.
