Summary:

Entech is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines to produce high-precision parts according to specifications of our client in Chesterfield, MI. We are seeking 1st and 2nd shifters to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAM programs.
• Load, secure, and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and identify any potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Operator.
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet production deadlines.
• Must be able to lift up to [40+ lbs].
