What You'll Do

No two days look the same You'll:

Build relationships with assigned technology clients and become their go-to resource.
Track project details and compile progress/status reports.
Create client-facing presentations and deliverables that make an impact.
Update and maintain client websites and documentation.
Partner with Account Managers to deliver on client needs.
Facilitate account team meetings-set agendas, take minutes, track deliverables, and follow up.
Represent VTM Group with professionalism via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Travel occasionally (about 25%) for client meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in client-facing work:

Bachelor's Degree in Business OR equivalent business experience.
3+ years in customer service, account coordination, or project support.
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
Confident in public speaking and negotiation settings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
