- Manage the daily operations of the paint and body department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
- Oversee the preparation, painting, and finishing of vehicles, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary, maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to paint and body work.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in an automotive paint and body shop.
- Strong technical knowledge of painting and body repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual is a preferred but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office/G-Suite and industry-related software.
