    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee our Paint and Body Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive paint and body work, with proven management skills in a production environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the daily operations of the paint and body department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
    • Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
    • Oversee the preparation, painting, and finishing of vehicles, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary, maintaining budgetary guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to paint and body work.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in an automotive paint and body shop.
    • Strong technical knowledge of painting and body repair processes.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bi-lingual is a preferred but not required.
    • Proficient in MS Office/G-Suite and industry-related software.
