- Upholds and adheres to the Courthouse Party and Event Culture at all Clubs.
- Provides assistance to renters throughout the party, including set up and clean up.
- Facilitates party activities and the party progress for kids and parents.
- Able and willing to work a wide variety of hours as needed to meet job duties.
- Assists with shift coverage as needed.
- Enforces Club and Party Policies for both kids and parents.
- Attends quarterly Staff meetings.
- Has spent and enjoys time with younger children and/or groups of people.
- Has led or facilitated small groups of people.
- Has spent time working with others to ensure quality assurance.
- Confident and professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to communicate with people of all ages.
