- Work with business teams to grasp their needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within NetSuite.
- Customize NetSuite modules, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.
- Provide technical expertise to clients on NetSuite best practices.
- Perform system configurations, data migration, and integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Manage implementation process for ERP, CRM, & OneWorld modules.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to NetSuite implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to end-users and hold training sessions as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite Support.
- Develop and document formal policies and procedures for changes and customization.
- Support Executive team, Sales, and Operational requests.
- Maintain user roles and system access in collaboration with HR.
- Support accounting tasks such as AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
- Translate business requirements into deliverable tasks for various business units.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards.
- Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) working with NetSuite.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with editing financial reports and deep experience with NetSuite financials preferred.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model and scripting languages.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo or Boomi is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite certifications are a bonus.
- 2-5 years' experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration and analysis.
- Experience in project management, system implementation, and integration.
- Proven ability to follow through with minimal direction.
