    Job Description
    • CQV Engineer
    • Location: Indianapolis, IN
    • Pharma experience preferred but not Required.
    • Seeking an individual capable of drafting manufacturing change controls and potential project tasks, such as equipment installation.

    Key Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
    • Preference for a recent graduate with a technical degree
    • Ability to write change controls related to packaging Logistics
    • Strong communication skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
    • 3+ years' experience with automated systems and knowledge in programming and enhancing complex systems
    • Familiarity with a coding language like Python, Java, C#, HTML
    • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
    • Experience in developing and optimizing automation technologies independently
    • Proficient in overseeing the implementation of automation technologies with third parties
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Skills in using Hamilton, Scinomix, Tecan, or similar automated laboratory platforms
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
    • Capability to educate others on the use of automation technologies
    • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and adherence to GMP and Good Documentation Practice
    • Intermediate skills in WORD and basic skills in EXCEL and PowerPoint
    • Experience in project management, including requirements gathering, timeline development, stakeholder management, and communications
