    Job Description Summary The Operational Execution Leader will be responsible for managing the overall Detailed Engineering Plan (DEP) and assisting with it's execution for two military Next Generation Programs
    Job Description Roles and Responsibilities As the Operational Execution Leader, you will:


    • Understand status of engineering execution per the DEP with the assistance of the CAMs.
    • Collaboratively resolve conflicts with the schedule and workload.
    • Lead weekly program Engineering Line of Balance meetings to inform executive leadership team of status and support needed.
    • Proactively communicate with Operations Leadership and assist with preparation of MOR.
    • Create and manage visual board information to effectively communicate program status and other valuable information to the team.
    • Obtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environment
    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering

    • Highly-motivated, passionate and exceptional communication skills.
