About the Apprentice Program
This full-time, paid position is designed for motivated individuals looking to start a long-term career. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced elevator mechanics, learning the skills needed to install and service residential elevators.
Most Apprentices are promoted within 12–18 months to Service Technician or Installation Mechanic - with earning potential of $60K–$90K+ after promotion.
Requirements:
You must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be able and willing to travel up to 90% (mostly regional travel from Tampa, FL)
- Be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and doing hard physical work
- Be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight spaces
- Know how to safely use hand tools
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator industries
- Military background - veterans encouraged to apply
- A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
