    **Rental Sales Representative Job Summary**

    Take all actions necessary to secure and maintain a market share and rental volume level in an assigned sales territory.

    **Rental Sales Representative Responsibilities**

    Organize time and information in a manner to maximize effectiveness

    Obtain and/or maintain a high level of understanding of marketing and finance programs, prepare quotations outlining features, benefits and any available financing programs.

    Achieve and maintain excellent product knowledge through sales schools and self-study.

    Develop and continue to improve inter-personal and sales skills through schools and self-study

    Establish and maintain personal relationship with customers, determine customer needs and best way to satisfy those needs.

    Study and maintain knowledge of competitions machines, finance and marketing programs

    Act as Liaison between KSMI and customers in all aspects of customer relations

    Follow up to insure that all aspects of sales and rental transactions are correct and completed on time.

    Complete all required paperwork correctly and on time.

    Insure that all contracts and transactions are conducted in an ethical and professional manner.

    Identify, profile and prospect the territory; develop and enlarge the customer base in the territory.

    Maintain communications and advise management of all changes in the territory.

    **Rental Sales Representative Qualifications**

    Minimum of three years of construction equipment sales experience.

    Excellent inter-personal skills

    Excellent communicational skills

    High School Education with some post-secondary education preferred

    Self motivated with ability to organize and manage time effectively.

    Intermediate level computer skills with working knowledge of : Work, Excel, & Outlook
