    Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with limited Saturday hours.

    Sign-On Bonus:
    $100000

    In addition, there is an RVU bonus structure supported.-Additional financial incentive for ER call- $100,000 recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (tied to an annual agreement upon signing)

    Join our new Nexus Park, an innovative health & wellness park in partnership with Columbus Regional Hospital CRH. CRH is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point. This will be a brand-new facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care, and treating patient panels ranging from children to adolescents
    • Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow up on established visits
    • LPN, RN, and MA support staff available to physician staff
    • Work schedule consists of 36 patient facing hours (4 hr block ofadministrative time)

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Indiana state licensed
    • BE/BC-Accepting new grads/ H1-B visas
