    RN FT (24 hours flex)

    Position Summary:

    This position involves providing direct clinical patient care. The role includes assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level. Supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated is also a key responsibility. Accountability lies in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, overseeing clinical staff competence, and managing resources effectively for patient care.
    Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    Required: Graduate from a state approved or accredited nursing school.
    Preferred: Academic nursing degree (bachelor's or master's).

    Certifications:

    Required: Current license or certification to practice as per state requirement; CPR certification.
