    POSITION:
    Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates with HVAC experience for an Apartment Maintenance position to join our team in support of our 21 South at Parkview Apartments


    PAY:
    $18-23 an hour plus:

    On-call bonus $100/week and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency maintenance

    Up to $750 bonus every 3 months

    Up to 5% raises annually


    SCHEDULE:
    M-F daytime hours 8-5PM

    Some shared on-call

    Full time 40 hours a week

    Required valid drivers license and transportation

    What We Need:

    • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting)
    • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
    • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
    • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
    • Pool maintenance (where applicable)

    What You Need:

    • 1+ years' experience in maintenance
    • HVAC experience and EPA certified
    • CPO Certification strongly preferred
    • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
    • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
    • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
    • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
    and garbage disposal


    • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
