W2/C2C

Responsibilities

Participate in upgrades and new installations of the platform in hybrid cloud environments.
Maintain and enhance build and deploy frameworks to ensure seamless release of software
Proactively improve monitoring of the infrastructure and platform.
Participate in on-call support, Troubleshoot issues and provide swift resolution.
Develop tools to improve operational efficiency.

Minimum

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
4+ years of experience supporting hybrid private/public systems.
Strong Linux fundamentals and bash scripting skills,
Strong knowledge of Ansible
Strong knowledge of build and deployment tools/frameworks such as Git, Jenkins
Solid experience with deploying and managing monitoring software such as Nagios, LogStash, GrayLog or Zabbix.
Experience deploying, managing and tuning performance Elasticsearch.

Preferred

Experience with supporting OpenStack.
Experience with Design/Install/Maintain of MySQL, Mongo.
Experience supporting Messaging/Queuing infrastructure such as Kafka.
