    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.


    • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).


    • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted.


    • No current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Boston Medical Center (BMC).

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

    Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting (within 48 hours of offer). 2 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it's within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.

    Required Skills/Experience:
    2+ years acute care in Adult Med/Surg and Hematology/Oncology

    Shift & Scheduling: E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday.

    7 days maximum time off

    2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - 1 required for submission

    Driver's license required for submission

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)


    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)


    • ONS (Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
