    Position Overview

    The Manager of Internal Communications will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and lead the execution of internal communications strategies to ensure operational efficiency and brand affinity. This role focuses on creating and delivering compelling content that engages current and future support center employees and strengthens the company's culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about communications and driving strategy to fuel engagement.

    Key Result Areas (KRAs)

    Assist in the development and lead the implementation of internal communications strategies:
    • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports Dutch Bros's culture and values
    • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
    • Ensure internal communications are consistent with external and consumer communications
    Develop and oversee internal communications storytelling strategy and content creation:
    • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos and presentations
    • Frequently and effectively source stories for internal use from employees, customers and vendors
    • Develop and maintain an internal communications content calendar
    • Assist in the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person company-wide events and business updates
    • Ensure the Dutch Bros brand voice is consistent and clear across all internal communications channels
    • Act as project manager as assigned, managing cross-departmental requests
    Support leadership communications, change management and crisis communications projects and capabilities:
    • Draft messages and/or presentations for senior leaders as needed
    • Participate in speaker training for Dutch Bros spokespeople as well as detailed talking points, key messaging
    • Assist in providing strategic communications counsel to franchisees, owners/operators, and senior leadership
    • Assist with crisis communications, ensuring impacted employees are informed and up-to-date
    • Provide communications support for risk situations
    • Other duties as assigned
    Job Qualifications
    • BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or 4 additional years of experience, required
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, required
    • Must have ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal/external stakeholders
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

    • This position is based in Phoenix, AZ
