    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at Oakstreet Health in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, prescribing medications, and educating patients on healthcare and wellness.

    Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Nursing
    • Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of South Carolina
    • Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or family practice setting
    • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
    • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to healthcare
    • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
