    The primary objective of the Executive Assistant to the CDTO role is to provide administrative, organizational and logistics support for the Beam Suntory Senior Vice President Chief Digital & Technology Officer. This position requires a person who is culturally astute and has a demonstrated track record of working across geographies and time zones with executive leaders. This individual is expected to work with a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail while preparing and managing sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion and diplomacy. The position also requires a person with considerable initiative, independent judgment, a capability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and high emotional intelligence.

    Role Responsibilities



    • Adeptly handle logistics, coordination and overall meeting execution for leadership offsite meetings related to the Digital & Technology team.

    • Manage all aspects of global and domestic travel arrangements for the SVP Chief Digital & Technology Officer. Prepare related expense reports.

    • Assist in communications including preparing necessary correspondence for the Chief Digital & Technology Officer with the function, external parties and Suntory Holdings, as needed.

    • Work in strong partnership with the broader Beam Suntory executive assistant community at all times.

    • Perform related duties as assigned which include, but is not limited to, timely and accurate expense reporting processing; budget preparation; preparing purchase requisitions; ordering products and services; maintaining department files; and ordering department office supplies.

    • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity in overall ways of working.

    Qualifications



    • High school graduate required (Bachelor's degree or business school courses preferred)

    • Minimum of 15 years of previous executive administrative assistant experience required

    • Must be a strong communicator and culturally astute

    • Thorough knowledge of executive administrative procedures

    • Must have great attention to detail; unquestioned capability to maintain confidentiality; a demonstrated ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels including C-Suite executives and global leaders; an intense customer service and people orientation; and a demonstrated team player

    • Top-notch computer experience including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

    • Must be present and have ability to be accessible and work at times after hours as well as on weekends

    • Business travel to NY and other locations upon request
