A professional services firm in Florida is currently seeking an experienced Auditor to join their staff in Fort Lauderdale as a Manager and focus on Investment Services.

Responsibilities:

The Audit Manager will:

• Oversee firm objectives (engagement economics) and manage firm resources to ensure that established goals are met
• Provide guidance and experience to ensure that engagement risks are identified and appropriate responses (including specific audit steps) are taken
• Mentor and develop associates by providing timely on-site reviews and providing feedback on associates' performance
• Facilitate resolutions on complex audit and accounting issues
• Review financial reporting and ensure client deliverables are provided in a timely manner
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 5+ years of experience in a Public Accounting role/setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA
• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Master's Degree
