    About Palmdale Regional Medical Center

    Palmdale Regional Medical Center, which is under the umbrella of Southwest Healthcare, is licensed for 190 beds with plans to expand to 234. The medical facility boasts the title of an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and houses a 35-bed Emergency Department. PRMC provides inpatient and outpatient surgical services across various specialties such as bariatric, colorectal, orthopedic, neurological, spine, ENT, vascular, plastic, and robotics, including the da Vinci Xi. Additionally, the hospital collaborates with City of Hope to offer medical and surgical oncology services. With amenities like a wound care center featuring hyperbaric medicine and the recent establishment of the Rehabilitation Institute, both inpatient and outpatient services are available. PRMC is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), a leading company in hospital and healthcare management in the United States.
