Job summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants as required by regulations.Work with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The DSD also provides direct resident/patient care.

- Coordinate completion of employment-related documentation.
- Maintain neat, clean well-groomed professional appearance.
