    The work and this role are critical to the success of revolutionizing the architecture, design, business process, planning tools and systems to enable our long-term E2E vision.

    We are seeking an experienced individual to be deeply engaged working across business, technology, and finance stakeholder groups to develop and present innovative solution options in compliance with legal, internal audit, finance, and accounting policy.

    This dynamic role will contribute to E2E cross system data flows and mapping to the single source of truth in support of industry standard capabilities.

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any business or STEM related field. 5+ years of experience delivering cross organizational transformation projects. 4+ years of collective experience with any of the following: + Collaborating with stakeholders to develop prioritized requirements aligned to business value. + Driving process and constructive problem solving across functional areas and organizations. + Data analysis to support program decisions and requirements development. + Planning and execution of user acceptance testing. + Business process architecture, design, development, documentation, and user training. + Familiarity with industry standard supply chain frameworks, methodologies and systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's industrial engineering, engineering, data science, or supply chain management, finance, or any related field.
    • Master's degree in supply chain management, Data Science or related field.
    • Supply, demand or APICS certifications. 4+ years of experience with planning system integration (Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP).
    • Forecasting software tools.
    • Business Process Modeling Software (Signavio, BIC, ProVision, ARIS) and tools (SIPOC, BPMN, Value Stream mapping).     Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00 Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
