You will coordinate between various members of our division team and be a true asset to help keep the wheels of 'new construction homebuilding' running smoothly.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily communication with internal project management staff and division management teamMaintain effective working relationships with subcontracting vendorsOversee field checks, invoicing, and accounts payable processes for new startsMonitor vendor insurance, contractor agreements, and schedulingQualificationsExcellent planning and organizational skillsSelf-directed with excellent communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with accounting cycles preferredExperience within the homebuilding industry is a plus.
