Description

Genex Systems has an immediate opening in the supply department at Commander, Naval Air Forces - Atlantic (CNAL) in Norfolk, Virginia. We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) to provide expertise with Relational Supply (R-Supply) force level, Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), and other Naval Tactical Command Support Systems (NTCSS).

Required Qualifications:

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for the development of new supply programs.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on logistics issues.
• Conduct site visits to fleet units for training regarding all supply related matters, i.e. (Inventory processing/IBS, Offload processing, Shelf Life Management, Financial Management, DLR Management, CASREP Tracking and Reporting and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) Management).
• Facilitate classroom training for supply related topics, i.e. (Inventory processing/IBS, Offload Processing, Shelf Life Management, Financial Management, DLR Management, and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) Management.
• Data mine large amounts of data and formulate sound recommendations to senior management.
• Create charts and graphs to support TYCOM staff reports.
• Provide End of the Fiscal Yeay (EOFY) close assistance to fleet units.
• Review and revise staff instructions and policies.
• Review and extract data from the following websites: OneTouch, WEBFLIS, SACHF, CDMD-OA, ORCAS, InForm-21, and WEBVLIPS.

Desired Qualifications:

• Former Navy or Marine Corps Senior Logistics Systems Analyst highly desired.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suites Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Must have a current DoD Secret clearance.
