JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve company objectives in sales service quality appearance of facility and sanitation Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Enforce alcohol awareness on a shift to shift basis Ensure that all food products are consistently prepared served according to restaurant recipes portioning cooking serving standards Fill in where needed ensure guest service standards efficient operations Qualifications- ‣ Must be minimum years of age.
‣ Can demonstrate knowledge of service food beverage Serve Safe certification complete TIPS certification complete Possess excellent basic math skills ability operate cash register POS system Be able to work standing position long periods time up hours Reach bend stoop frequently lift pounds
