Description
Responsibilities:
Hands of experience in contributing to optimize the Product Evolution process (PEP). Experience in analyzing change impact on the end-to-end manufacturing processes. Propose improvements to the board of change. Experience in Collecting and sending Adaption, Quality, Productivity, Obsolescence, and withdrawal requests. Experience in gaining Product-Process knowledge & contribute to technical problem-solving initiatives. Experience in Performing Product/process analysis (surveillance test, technical returns, defective products i.e., FPY, MDR, Red box). Experience in contributing to critical supply robustness & part qualification, CQCS & CQCP. Experience in supporting and analyzing New Product Development (NPD)/New Product Transfer (NPT) processes during pilot run and mass production.
Experience in leading / handling continuous improvement projects & Should worked in Cross functional team structure and perform on tight timelines.
Drive, Identify and Implement the key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.Experience in creating & updating the Process failure mode & Effect analysis (PFMEA), support CS&Q and lead accordingly the implementation of the process evolution.
Experience in performing Time study, Line balancing, work breakdown activities and Perform VA / NVA / RNVA analysis & Ergonomics study.
Experience in Sensor / Signaling Antenna production lines. Identify process improvement and support in productivity improvement initiative. Experience in multi model line balancing and level loading. Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Value stream Mapping, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking
