We are looking for a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor at our beautiful Springs at Sandstone Ranch residential apartment community in Longmont, CO.Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage the maintenance team to provide great customer service.
Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools,
c Carpentry dry wall building exteriors appliances Work with vendors to maintain the appearance
& safety of the community Oversee expenses budget Provide support training your team
Candidates must be able to independently lift carry push pull maneuver up 100 pounds up 250 pounds assistance
- EPA CPO certifications desired substantial experience in HVAC plumbing pools carpentry dry wall building exteriors appliances
- Ability work overtime call/non-traditional schedule evenings weekends holidays
