- Extract data from ERP to create reports as charts and spreadsheets.
- Prepares and distributes analytical reports to business stakeholders.
- Prepares inventory variance reports for evaluation.
- Works closely with IT team to validate data.
- Govern and maintain master Supply Chain data within ERP.
- Maintain replenishment settings changes as needed within ERP to optimize inventory.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, supply chain or other quantitative discipline.
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and working with large data sets.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Access.
- Experience with Infor CSD software a plus.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to prepare data as requested.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across all functional areas.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize multiple tasks and do problem solving independent of supervision.
