    Description


    The Supply Chain Demand Analyst will a nalyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements .

    Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management. Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict supply and demand trends
    Main Responsibilities
    The Demand Analyst will be responsible of the following:

    • Extract data from ERP to create reports as charts and spreadsheets.
    • Prepares and distributes analytical reports to business stakeholders.
    • Prepares inventory variance reports for evaluation.
    • Works closely with IT team to validate data.
    • Govern and maintain master Supply Chain data within ERP.
    • Maintain replenishment settings changes as needed within ERP to optimize inventory.
    • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
    • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
    • Prepare data and support business S&OP needs.

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, supply chain or other quantitative discipline.
    • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and working with large data sets.
    • Very strong analytical skills.
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Access.
    • Experience with Infor CSD software a plus.
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to prepare data as requested.
    • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across all functional areas.
    • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize multiple tasks and do problem solving independent of supervision.
