    DivaDance is a sexy, sweaty, stress-free dance experience for adults. We are the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties - with franchises in over 20 cities.

    The Gig

    We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to change lives through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership.

    • You'll connect with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience and learn more about their reasons for coming.
    • You'll present ways our membership options may fit them best.
    • You'll onboard new members and ensure they are maximizing their membership.
    • You'll post to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience.

    The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet. You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives.

    We provide all onboarding details, but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

    Hours, Compensation, Location

    We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends.

    DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location.

    Our classes are typically at Soar Creative Studios in Dallas and you should have reliable transportation to get there for classes.

    Compensation is $40 per hour (=$20 per class + $10 per membership sold) + free dance classes.

    It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
