    SUMMARY
    Direct financial activities of the entire organization by performing the following duties.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accountant positions and develops and monitors outcomes indicators and implements performance improvement strategies appropriately.
    Establish areas of responsibility for immediate subordinates, give general direction; set up standards of performance, check progress of work. Manage operations; organize and direct staff to ensure adherence to regulatory and organization requirements.
    Manage month end close process and ensure accurate financial statements are prepared timely.
    Complete/review all monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for all companies.
    Arranges and manages annual audit of company's accounts.
    Ensures that all reporting requirements to regulatory agencies and/or outside consultants are submitted as required by current reporting regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, PBJ, CAT Tax, and unclaimed funds.
    Maintains effective treasury management of organization's cash accounts, including tracking daily cash.

    Monitor and manage compliance with all payroll reporting requirements and tax filings including ensuring tax and payroll notices are solved timely.

    Ensure timely completion of all HUD reporting requirements for McGregor Senior Housing.
    Assist with timely completion of all tax credit reporting requirements for McGregor Assisted Living.
    File Uncollected Funds annual reports for all McGregor companies.
    Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging for Medicare and Medicaid payers, including revenue cycle management and related analyses.
    Participate in the budget process for residential business lines.
    Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
    Ensure compliance with HUD requirements for financial reporting requirements.
    Prepare other financial analyses as required.
