- Arrive punctually for work and consistently clock in and out.
- Immediately start preparing product loads based on available load sheets.
- Follow transfer sheets precisely when building each load.
- Prior to loading, review quantities and discuss space concerns with Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure accurate loading according to transfer sheets and pay attention to rotation of products.
- Inspect loaded cases visually for quality and adherence to code dates.
- Verify actual quantity received matches the bill of lading.
- Restock pick-up area and flow racks when necessary.
- Inform Warehouse Manager after completing loading/unloading for verification.
- Clean pick area and remove empty pallets before the end of each shift.
- Maintain clear communication with owners, managers, employees, vendors, and retailers.
- Seek approval from Warehouse Manager before working overtime.
- Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
- Conduct all activities following company policies, liquor regulations, and safety practices.
- Follow inventory control procedures and stack kegs by brand and size.
- Clean warehouse, grounds, and keg yard daily.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks only after certification.
- Complete any other assigned tasks.

Forklift Operator Warehouse Receiver
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Shift: Night 5:00pm-1:30am
Position Objective:
Warehouse staff members are responsible for efficient, safe, and accurate loading of delivery trucks, as well as performing assigned warehouse maintenance tasks.
Description of Physical Tasks:
Ensure cleanliness of all warehouse load areas and grounds. Handle products weighing approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case using hand trucks or dollies. Fill racks, move pallets, and load GDC Birmingham products correctly. Safely mount and dismount forklifts multiple times per day.
