You will report directly to our Senior Director of Architecture and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the safety and security of commercial buildings by designing and implementing state-of-the-art fire panel systems.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the systems meet performance, reliability, and quality standards.

Your technical leadership will be crucial in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the systems remain operational.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design and development of commercial fire panel systems

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering or computer science
6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
Comprehensive knowledge in fire panel systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision WE VALUE

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in fire and life safety
