Senior Embedded Software Desing Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain high quality software products
• Manage software design and coding processes and produce maintainable, reusable and performance-oriented code.
• Analyze technical requirements, create system design documents and complete software projects on time and within budget.
• Improve software development processes and implement best practices by following current technologies.
• Collaborate within the team and communicate with other teams or departments to effectively conduct projects.
• Conduct code reviews and lead debugging processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bacherlor's degree in Electric-Electronic, Electronic Communication, Computer, Software Engineering,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields,
• Being capable of working systematically, focusing on details, solution oriented, avant-garde, improved in representational skills,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication and problem solving skills,
• Experience with MCU based design and implementation
• Experience in hardware peripheral interface drivers(SPI, CAN, USB, UART etc ...)
• Knowledge and experience in computer architecture
• Experience in embedded development environments(Cross Compilation, Embedded Debug tools, etc.)
• Experience in Embedded Linux. Kernel generation, driver installation.
• Experience in Boildroot or Yocto Project.
• Experience with Linux BSP preparation, kernel-level software development and device driver writing
• Able to use at least one of the version control systems (SVN, GIT etc.)
• Knowledge in software life cycle and agile methodologies is appreciated
• Familiar with unit testing, CI/CD and version control methodologies

PREFERRED/PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Hands-on experience with RTOS
• Reading circuit schematics required for software development
• Hands-on experience with The Zephyr Project.
