A client in Grapevine, TX is looking for a Customer Service Rep to work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure the team is delivering on excellent customer service.
Handle a high volume of phone calls, exceeding 20+ daily, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Respond promptly to email correspondence, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
you'll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
you'll be helping to continue to provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and customer satisfaction
Engage in difficult conversations, providing solutions and support to meet customer needs and uphold company standards.

Skills and Requirements
HS Diploma
1 year of customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Must be able to multi task
Computer proficient -- experience working with 3 monitors
Proficient with Microsoft outlook and suite
Strong verbal and written communication (will be answering phone calls and responding to emails) * Call center experience
Truck transportation and logistics background
