Job summary
Manage and maintain application environments ensuring availability stability and performance across development testing and production stages Coordinate environment refreshes upgrades patching activities in collaboration with technical teams Monitor infrastructure health identify issues ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime Support deployment activities by ensuring environments are configured ready for testing release Collaborate with development testing operations teams to troubleshoot resolve environment related issues Manage infrastructure provisioning including servers storage network configurations as required project needs Maintain environment configuration documentation setup guides runbooks standard operating procedures SOPs Ensure compliance security governance policies all environments infrastructure Automate repetitive tasks improve operational efficiency reduce manual intervention Create manage Change Requests CRs using Remedy proper tracking approval environment changes Work within Agile methodologies participating sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives alignment team goals Provide on-call support critical environment infrastructure issues off-hours weekends Coordinate support weekend activities deployments upgrades other critical tasks
