- All hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types/layouts, room rates and special packages, promotions, room availability, in-house group activities, and hotel policies and procedures.
- Review daily priorities and debrief with departing Guest Services Agent for business status and follow-up items.
- Promote top-notch guest relations to everyone approaching the Front Desk, including processing check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, communicating VIP arrivals, confirming reservations and cancellations, and satisfactorily resolving guest issues.
- Manage assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (hospitality experience helpful).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for customer service and creating the ultimate guest experience for our guests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and follow-up while simultaneously handling frequent arrivals and departures.
- Collaborative with a team-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to remain stationary and standing at assigned workspace for extended periods of time.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:Hilton San Antonio Hill Country seeks a tech savvy, resourceful, enthusiastic full- time Night Auditor to join its team. The Night Auditor will maintain up-to-date knowledge on all things Hilton from hotel features and room rates, to local and area dining and cultural activities and attractions. You are our guests (and future guests) go-to person
This is a full-time position that will work up to five shifts (11pm-7am) per week. Shifts may include weekends and/or holidays as needed.
