Preparation is key:

Applying and paying for permits

Uploading permits and receipts into CRM
Ensure that all the documentation is uploaded: measurements, estimate, signed, contract, permits, etc.

Ins
For claims, our team will follow up with the insurance company and the adjuster.

It is important to note that most of the time, the homeowner will take care of the claim. Sometimes, the roofing company will take care of it, and sometimes, they will hire a public adjuster to handle it

Order mateyqlm
After the contract is signed and all the documentation is in order, we order materials and create an order material form

Reach out to the supplier to ensure the order was received

Schedule
Install

Follow up with supplier a few days before delivery to validate delivery date

Schedule crews based on availability

The project manager (sales rep) is responsible for reporting any extra expenses.
