Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
+Responsibilities
- Greets all clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit, then directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to other staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries on behalf of staff, then delivers or distributes items as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
