General Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to identify and recruit high performing employees into all departments through traditional and innovative recruiting channels. This position develops strategies to assist management achieve and maintain required staffing levels. This position collaborates with hiring managers to identify critical staffing needs and to recruit high volume and difficult-to-fill positions at all levels.
The Talent Acquisition Specialists is expected to proactively market NJ Sharing Network as an employer of choice and seek passive and active candidates for open positions. This position will establish and maintain relationships with varying recruiting sources to achieve high level exposure to potential qualified candidates.
Responsible for internal and external employment and placement activities. Responsible for all needs pertaining to scheduling, set-up, and execution of organizational/classroom orientation. Works with management to identify development opportunities for career ladders in various positions. This position is expected to meet the service deliverables for recruiting needs in all areas.
Responsible to ensure all programs follow established procedures and regulatory guidelines. Responsible for timely compliance with all Network programs and policies.
