    Duties


    • Prepare and submit data for budget formulation.
    • Recommend final decision on expenditure requests.
    • Advise senior leadership on use of automated training systems.
    • Evaluate training plans and schedules to develop the Command's training program.
    • Develop mobilization training plans for approval by senior leadership.
    • Prepare guidance on operation and training activities to ensure compliance with training quota requirements.
    • Conduct inspections or reviews to evaluate training operations

    ARMY RESERVE (USAR).

    Specialized Experience:
    One year of specialized experience which includes preparing guidance on training; developing training programs and procedures; conduct inspections and review of guidance to evaluate training operations; advise on the use of automated training systems; analyze data to determine a training budget; and determine final decision on budget requests
    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09)

    OR Education:
    Ph.

    D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.

    in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Organizational Management and Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management

    A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%
