- Oversee groundskeeping, mowing, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and infrastructure
- Coordinate outside contractors when specialized repairs are required
- Collect monthly lot rent and maintain organized records
- Address resident concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor overall property condition and uphold community standards
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Superintendent, Property Maintenance Technician, Facilities Lead, or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic plumbing, electrical, and repair skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily priorities
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents
- Valid driver's license
