    Pizza Chef - Part Time

    We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Parkland Country Club, managed by Troon. As a part-time Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare menu items according to club recipes and standards.
    • Notify the Chef of any ingredient shortages.
    • Set up, maintain, and break down the pizza station, ensuring cleanliness throughout your shift.
    • Execute recipe standards and specifications accurately.
    • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in pizza making and line cooking.
    • Certification in food service is required and must be maintained.
    • Basic knife skills and pizza making abilities are essential.
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen environment is preferred.
    • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height and frequently bend, turn, kneel, and stoop.
    • Able to stand for extended periods and work in hot and cold temperatures.
    • A High School diploma is preferred.
