- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of modern workplace solutions such as cloud services, mobile device management, virtual desktop infrastructures, and collaboration solutions
- Engage with business leaders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions that align with our objectives
- Work closely with Digital Workplace tech leads on solution brainstorming and process standardization
- Perform detailed assessments of current technology landscapes and existing infrastructure to identify opportunities for enhancement and integration of state-of-the-art technologies
- Act as a knowledgeable resource in modern workplace technologies, offering guidance to technical teams and business stakeholders while collaborating with the Digital Workplace AVP
- Conduct workshops and meetings with partners across IT and the business to collect feedback and ensure proposed solutions meet our requirements
- Supervise the deployment of new solutions, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies
- Enhance workplace technology solutions by remaining informed about industry trends and cutting-edge technologies
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, configurations, and deployment procedures
- Function as a product owner for endpoint management, updating requirements and acceptance criteria, and spearheading the modern workplace transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in an IT architecture role
- Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, such as Active Directory and Azure AD
- Expertise in managing endpoint devices and delivering applications through Intune and other modern management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams across the globe
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong multitasking skills
- $140,000 - $160,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires can expect to start at the lower end of the range based on experience
- Eligible for a performance-based bonus determined by firm and individual achievements
