We are currently seeking Ecommerce Inventory Planner to join our team of outstanding employees
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
The Ecommerce inventory planners role is to help manage daily operational activities related to inventory planning and help grow sales on Amazon and other online marketplaces. The planner will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing all our inventory needs for Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Be interested, or well versed, in pop culture to identify with current trends and lifestyle brands which Bioworld represents
Experience in E-Commerce, online marketing preferred
Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
Exhibit a positive attitude and patience when interacting with internal and external partners
Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed assigned goals and objectives
Actively listens and participates within a team environment
Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
Impeccable presentation skills; present/sell to all levels through clear communication and inspiring vision.
Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Plan and monitor inventory levels at Amazon fulfillment centers as well as our own Ecommerce fulfillment warehouse.
Maintain Amazon KPIs to achieve productive inventory levels at Amazon fulfillment centers.
Monitor in-stock and on-order levels, proactively reporting all opportunities to internal teams to ensure there is enough inventory to meet sales goals.
Forecast and plan future production needs based on inventory sell-thrus. Ensure POs are placed in timely manner and target deliveries are achieved.
Pull, prepare and submit replenishment orders for Amazon fulfillment centers, as business necessitates. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure orders are processed timely and accurately.
Partner with Ecomm Category Managers to identify inventory and sku count opportunities in each business category.
Plan for and execute liquidation strategies to move slow moving inventory.
Leverage all of Bioworlds available inventory to drive sales revenue, inclusive of uncommitted inventory. Manage the inventory transfers.
Communicate key findings to our management team.
