Description

We're working on behalf of a leading maker of GaAs and GaN Power Amplifiers for Defense,5G, and Base Station markets.

They are looking for a Principal /Lead MMIC Design Engineer. Their focus will be on GaAs and GaN Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Switches and other MMICs.

We would like someone with a BSEE, MSEE or PhDEE is preferred, plus 3-5+ years of GaAs/GaN MMIC Design experience.

Doherty design experience a plus.

Prefer good insight into the best process/ foundry to use, as well as insight into the PA at the Front End Module level.

We can take a GaAs, GaN or SiGe MMIC Designer, as well as a GaAs HBT PA Designer from the mobile space.

Need to hold US Green Card or be a US Citizen.
