    Location: Scottsdale, AZ

    Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2/3 in-office/remote

    Position Type: Direct-Hire

    Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

    We are looking for a data analyst to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years' experience in Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, or a related field.     Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Actuarial.
    • Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply that knowledge to improve processes and analysis techniques.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using statistical modeling and data analysis software (such as SAS, R, or Python)
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
