- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Actuarial.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply that knowledge to improve processes and analysis techniques.
- At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using statistical modeling and data analysis software (such as SAS, R, or Python)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
